Who are we?

Central Montgomery County Business and Professional Women is the "the voice of working women."

CMC BPW has dedicated over 95 years to serving the women of our communities, advocating for issues that impact women's  lives and careers.  We are a diverse group, welcoming women from all walks of life, promoting full participation, equity, and economic self-sufficiency.

CMC BPW is one of more than 40 local organizations within Pennsylvania. The mission of our statewide organization, BPW/PA, is “to achieve equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education, and information.”

The BPW/PA objectives are: to elevate standards for women in business and in the professions; to promote their interests; to develop cooperation among them; and to extend opportunities for them through education, especially in industry, science, and vocations.
